The room we stayed in was pristine and spacious, complete with fragrant amenities, a large king-size bed, and a lovely patio. The pool facilities were fantastic, and the hotel's location was convenient, right next to provincial parks in southwestern Ontario and the Conference Centre.

Fine family-friendly hotel for 1 night in Brantford. Competent and attentive staff throughout our stay. Early check-in, well furnished room with a sofa and 2 queen beds. Hot breakfast with made to order omelets and Grill for every taste. Perfect, magnificent location in Brantford, just off restaurants and mall, the touristy Niagara and Conference Centre. Also, very close to the safari.

Reasonably large rooms with comfortable beds, great pillows plus scented products, very nice stay! Reasonably priced and excellent meals. Particularly good location in Brantford just off the dining options and Joey's Seafood Restaurants.

Questionable area.

The location was perfect, in a quiet area, making it a lovely base with outstanding food at the restaurant for breakfast.

It was reasonably close to where we had to be and convenient to get to.

The secure section of the floor we were given had an additional key access requirement to get in. This malfunctioned on a regular basis, and if it were not for housecleaning staff, we would have to have walked a great distance back to the lobby to get help to get in. According to their written rules, quiet evening times were to commence at 10:00 P.M.. This was not the case during our stay as many sports teams were staying and making noise outside our room well after 11:00 P.M. and no one came from the hotel to stop them. There are better choices for hotels in Brantford for the same cost per night.

The place was well-organized, pet-friendly, and had a cozy fireplace.

The staff were excellent. Bed was very compfortable. Suite was also compfortable for our business meeting. Unfortunately we could not use pool or spa as it was over run with kids. Consider making last hour of the day an adults only...say 10-11. Overall it was great & the next time I'm in town I will stay there. Hope this helps

It is not really a did not like...I Just wished our suite at a balcony. Otherwise everything was great!

Very friendly and dedicated staff. Everything pico bello clean. Breakfast top, even freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly fried eggs are served. Sausage, cheese etc. typical american, so not sooo great. The room is huge, top equipment, including whirlpool.

The room door is stuck. TV program very poor, no Netflix to be able to watch a German show. The choice of drinks in the bar, rather poor (beer), but extremely expensive.

This place is modern and allows pets 🐾. It has a nice outdoor seating area. The breakfast is free, and I enjoyed some tasty eggs and pancakes. The location is the only downside, but overall, it's a comfortable and decent spot to stay at.

We liked location and pool facilities. However, our room, particularly the entry door needs to be fixed. We found the room "tired" and can only assume it is an old room from the former "Holiday Inn". Staff were very pleasant and were helpful when an error was made in the original booking. All helped to make our vacation with you most pleasant.

Spacious room with ample storage and a relaxing whirlpool tub for some extra comfort. 🛁 Great breakfast featuring a grill station and delicious made-to-order omelets. The staff here are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always have a smile on their face.

The breakfast was complimentary and you could choose from eggs and pancakes. The bathroom was large, and the room itself was well-organised and pet-friendly. The location was decent and the free parking was onsite.
