The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed a visit to the Brantford Twin Valley Zoo, where we saw some amazing animals. The room was comfortable enough for our family, and the location was convenient for our needs.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process could be smoother for families. It took longer than expected, which made it tough with two small kids.

the breakfast was plentiful with tasty options, and the friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable while being just a short walk from the amazing brant county museum and beautiful burnley park, perfect for leisurely strolls after a day of exploring. if you’re into parks and landmarks, this place is ideal for you. but the hotel could use some updates in decor to enhance its appeal.

To make matters worse, I was charged incorrectly for two rooms despite only needing one, adding to my frustration during an already emotional trip. This experience was far from what I expected.

I stayed at the Best Western in Brantford with my family for the weekend. We got a double queen room with a pullout sofa that was spacious and clean. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted us warmly. One highlight was the evening restaurant staff. they offered incredible service and made our dining experience enjoyable. The food prices were reasonable and portions were generous. However, the pool area was a major letdown. The water looked dirty, and I noticed a ring of grime around the hot tub, which made it hard to relax. The breakfast really needs improvement too. the quality was poor and lacked variety. Another issue we encountered was with the bathroom. the shower fluctuated between scorching hot and icy cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Despite the staff's friendliness, the overall maintenance and cleanliness suffered in some areas, which took away from our experience.
